June 18, 2013 Board Meeting Agenda Item #47 Title APPROVAL OF CONSTRUCTION MANAGER RANKINGS FOR THE BAY HAVEN SCHOOL OF BASICS PLUS-ADDITION AND RENOVATION PROJECT Description The projects scope of work shall include construction management services for the pre-construction phases of the Bay Haven School of Basics Plus campus and related site work.  The project will be multi-phased.  On 5/30/2013, the Professional Services Selection Committee (PSSC) met to select a construction manager.  The PSSC has ranked them in accordance with Board policy.  The cumulative total project budget is approximately $8,000,000.00.  Funds for this project are available in the capital budget account. Recommendation That the rankings of Construction Managers for the Bay Haven School of Basics Plus - Addition and Renovation project be accepted as presented and the Director of Construction Services be authorized to attempt negotiations with the top-ranked firm.
